DELIVERY

If your order is placed by 3pm on a working day it will be despatched the same day.

All orders are sent by Royal Mail.

Your delivery is FREE.

RETURNS

If your item is faulty you should return it to us within 14 days. You will then receive a full refund or a replacement - you choose.

In the event that you simply change your mind you should return the item to us within 7 days. The item must be unused. You will then receive a refund which will be the cost of purchase minus 20% restocking/admin fee.

All returns must include undamaged original packaging.
